WALK ACROSS THE STONE ARCH BRIDGE

The Stone Arch Bridge is a former railroad bridge crossing the Mississippi River at Saint Anthony Falls in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is the only arched bridge made of stone on the entire Mississippi River. It is the second oldest bridge on the river next to Eads Bridge.

BIKE & BOAT THE CHAIN OF LAKES

The Chain of Lakes has been part of Minneapolis' park system for over 100 years. The lakes were connected by a canal in 1911 and 1913, which led to a rise in canoeing in the area, and feature 15 miles of lakeside pedestrian and bike trails. The Chain includes five lakes: Lake of the Isles, Bde Maka Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun), Lake Harriet, Brownie Lake, and Cedar Lake. Minneapolis partners with two bike-share companies, Lime and Veo, both of which have hundreds of electric-assist bikes available to rent around the city.

The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is free, open to the public, and is open from 6 am to 12 midnight every day.
